Fits the bill
Bought this to attach to my iPod when I walk our dog. I need to keep one ear open for traffic etc. Have tried using a regular ear phone attachment, but all the wires dangling about used to get on my nerves. This one ear piece is exactly what I have been looking for. Sound quality not the best, but I only want a bit of background music whilst walking, so not too fussed that its not the greatest. Would recommend.

Are my ear too big?
I think I have normal sized ears but I could just not get this Sound Lab Professional Mono Earpiece with Cup Clip to fit over my ear. I did try squeezing my ear through the loop but it just would not fit.The earpiece did connect to a standard 3.5 mm socket no problems.I just binned it rather than return such an inexpensive product.

Works well.
Delivered quickly - thanks! This mono earphone is the best I've bought for talk radio (and very little money). The signal to noise ratio is very good, so the radio can be on less volume than (for instance) the last ones I bought. Comfortable to wear as long as you don't have big ears (don't want to get in trouble with Noddy!), and the plastic is quite soft. Good length on the cable as well.Obviously they don't last forever if used daily, but I'd have no problem buying again.

Everything is good for nightime listening
Together with a stereo-mono adapter which plugs in nicely to our echo dot, I cannot fault this. Obviously not for hi-fi listening, but I don't think that's its purpose. Sound wise for talk, it's excellent for BBC Radio 5/British Comedy Radio and all those TuneIn stations that are guaranteed to send you off into nighttime oblivion. It will sit loosely on the ear. And yes, with the stereo adapter, it will convert a stereo signal to mono so you don't lose half the signal. Recommended.

Good for speech and listening in bed. Don't expect great quality.
Pretty good earphone, but only good for speech - though that should be expected from a mono earphone really. It emphasises the top end of audio so works well for talk radio and speech podcasts. The cable has an annoying habit of popping away from the centre of the ear surround, so I've got into the habit of adding a dab of glue to prevent this. I find that the cable gets stiff and unwieldy after a couple of months, so I tent to chuck them out and replace them about that often and they are cheap enough to do this.

Arrived non functional
Unfortunately received faulty. No sound at all from the speaker. Have ordered another two in case I was just unlucky. These are only going to be used to listen to tones from my oscillator amplifier whilst by roadside. These are of very cheap construction, semi-rigid plastic, purely functional design, though leads will never last long as not well protected at connection points. Very cheap price, so if replacements work, I'll be happy enough.

When you buy cheap you buy twice.
The "earband" is solid plastic, not flexible as you would expect. It can only fit on very small ears. Not my ears.So I threw it away.Amazingly, it was delivered by curier....the box it came in was worth more than the useless earpiece.

Great Product
As a motorcycle instructor I use these with my radios to talk with my students. They are reasonably priced so that I can replace broken ones easily.
