Does this compact include a puff?

Not a big fluffy one, but a soft double-sided soft sponge type with a ribbon so you can flip it. They show what it looks like in the video clip. I tend to either use a brush or buy a bunch of the fuzzy powder puffs so I have clean ones to swap out as I have one drying, but they do not fit inside easily. I do wish Zeesea sold replacements in bulk though, then I would use it.

It says on the bottom of the item made in China. But this is a lovely powder with medium to full coverage.
