Is pan stick 97 cool for women of color

I'm sorry, I use #9 olive so haven't a clue about #97.

I'm looking for the Sun Tone color. Is that a close match with the Sun Tone color? Do you know?

For some reason SunTone is very expensive now compared to the other shades. I have used it for years but now I use the cool bronze. It is a little darker than the sun tone but the other shades are too light for me. They make me look white as a ghost. I miss the sun tone but I can't afford it anymore...This is under my husbands name LOL
