Nuvantee Home Lemon Squeezer - Quality 18/10 Stainless Steel Citrus Juicer

Had a wee plastic dish juicer out the pound shop and it served the purpose, bought this as I have been using lemons and limes more in my cooking, the plastic one was a bit messy and a faff to use. At the time it seemed a lot of money to squeeze a bit of fruit but having used it a few times now I'm glad I bought it. This juicer gets a lot more liquid out then I was able to do with the dish one and there is no mess at all. It is well built, easy to use and will last a long time. If you squeeze fruit with any regularity this is worth getting.

I've always struggled to extract juices from citrus fruit and recentky saw Rick Stein using what could have been this very lemon squeezer - which he said makes that task easy. Searching Amazon I came across this one and bought it. It does exactly what it says and makes efficient juicing easy. This is particularly so as my hands are getting less effective at gripping and squeezing the bare fruit. After use, I shoved it into the dishwasher and it came out perfectly clean but it could have easily have been washed by hand.

Good strong sturdy product great for squeezing lemons and a great work out for your arms

Fantastic gadget for squeezing lemons, which I need a lot of,for drinks and cleaning. It’s easy to hold and use, and I’ve only go5 one hand! Once used , I wash unde4 tap and leave to dry, then store a back in original box. Perfect addition to my kitchen.

A great well made squeezer and being pressed stainless steel, tough, easy to clean and dishwasher safe. The previous one was cast metal and painted which began to come away and doesn't look great in your food.

The main reason I bought the Nuvantee’s Mexican elbow was because of its size, and I really thought it’d have the strength and sturdiness to hold for heavy usages. The Nuvantee squeezers don’t. However, one has to be fair: The Nuvantee Home lemon squeezer is not built for professional usage. It’s an ok citrus squeezer for home users — as the name also implies. But even so, it can, and should, be built with better sturdiness. Although we love our sour, no one wants citrus juices splashing from the handle to the top of the squeezer.

I have never had or used lemon squeezer previously and found that I should have... this makes squeezing lemons easier for me, as the pressure can be applied by both hands on two handles. The product is well made, sturdy and you are not afraid that you'll break it by pushing too hard. As a tip: cut off the pointy bit and after cutting lemon in half also make a couple cuts on the side from where the pointy bit was to your half cut - I found it is easier to squeeze, as you still have to apply quite a bit of force! Generally very happy with the product.

This product looks and feels poorly made. Both sections feel flimsy and don't fit well together. This results in limited juice extraction, allowing the user to extract even more juice from the fruit using your fingers. Very disappointed !

It does a very good job of extracting the juice. It does take some hand strength but not a lot. Clean up is under a stream of water or if necessary, in the dishwasher. The handles do flex when squeezing the fruit. I’m not sure if, over time, that will be an issue or not. So far I love it.

This lemon press is easy to use and works great with "soft and juicy" lemons. Since the lemons are a little bit "dry" then you have to apply much more pressure. To conclude, apart from this little "inconvenience" this lemon press is much more effective than my previous one and I recommend it.

Diese Zitronen und Limettenpresse ist echt eine geniale Erfindung. Jetzt bekommt man beim Zitronen ausdrücken keine nassen und klebrigen Finger mehr. Die Anwendung ist einfach: die halbierte Limette oder Zitrone in die Mulde aus rostfreien Edelstahl legen. Dabei muss die Wölbung der Zitrusfrucht nach oben zeigen (die aufgeschnittene Limettenseite nach unten). Dann einfach nur noch zudrücken, fertig. Diese Presse hat gleich mehrere Vorteile: Sie schont mein rechtes Handgelenk, man braucht nur einen geringen Kraftaufwand, man bekommt keine klebrigen Finger, die Zitrusfrucht wird bis zum letzten Tropfen perfekt ausgedrückt. Die Reinigung der Zitruspresse ist auch denkbar einfach: nach der Anwendung unter heißem Wasser abspülen oder direkt in den Geschirrspüler geben. Sie ist aus rostfreiem Edelstahl und rostet auch nicht im Geschirrspüler. Ein MUST HAVE für jede Küche. Jetzt kann man den Limetten oder Zitronensaft direkt über den Fisch, in den Tee, in den Salat oder in meinen heißgeliebte Avocado Dip träufeln! Perfekter und einfacher geht's nicht! Die Zitruspresse ist 24 cm lang (ohne die Aufhängung) und an der dicksten Stelle 8,5 cm breit. Die Griffe haben ein schwarzes rutschfestes Material. Die Edelstahlfläche ist schön groß, nichts bleibt daran hängen oder kleben. Während meiner Erkältung habe ich mir meinen griechischen Bergtee mit Ingwer, Thymian Honig und Limettensaft gemacht, bei mir kommt diese praktische Presse in der Küche täglich zum Einsatz.
