Bottom line : These are absolutely fabulous lightsabers.Coming in at just over 30 inches long (each), you get two in a pack with the handles and blades separated, ready to be joined by simple grub screws and allen keys (supplied). At first I thought this might not be enough to hold things in place, but having observed my boys serving out lightside/darkside justice to each other with what can only be described as unfettered abandon, my fears were laid to rest. These things are ROBUST.Each contact of the blades causes a crackle of light and sound to emanate from the sabers. This can also be setup to happen constantly for added effect. Various combinations of long/short pressing of the control button sets up the different colour or sound modes (including the merciful "mute mode").Charging the sabers is done with a simple USB-C cable connection (2 also supplied) and we've found it's best to do this when the little darlings are either asleep or at school - the advertised 2-3 hours is about right. So far they haven't run down whilst the fighting/playing has ensued so I can't comment on the actual battery life but it's long enough to keep the younglings entertained.Then there's the benefit of connecting the two sabers together to create the legendary "double-bladed lightsaber". This thing is impressive to say the least (at around 5 feet or so it should be) and definitely best handled outdoors - various favourite mantlepiece ornaments are now heading for landfill as a result of some untimely "demonstrations". Don't get me wrong - the simple joy of a teenager acting out his favourite trademarked bad guy's power pose makes this purchase worth every penny and it's probably worth buying two packs (or more) so every family fan can recreate their best scenes.It's difficult to do these things justice in videos/photos - they really are awesome. Multiple sound effects, multiple light effects and colour choices, choice of single/double blade fun - they really are the complete package and really well made - solid, weighty enough but not too heavy, and nicely balanced. The blades themselves are polycarbonate tubes - very unlikely to crack or break despite the best efforts of local adolescents.For info, the pictures only show one of the pair because I couldn't prise the other out of my son's hands at time of writing.

I bought these for a photography project where I need a lot of movement with the source of light and these are what I was looking for.In order to make them work, I just have to charge them a bit and obviously attach the white part, and I just had to press the button and from there the product was ready to be used.These have different light modes I personally prefer to keep 1 mostly on blue and the other one on a different color and also I don't activate the sound because I just need a specifically the light effect.I cannot say that in terms of build in quality these are the best but at the same time not the worst, the battery lasts for around 3 hours from what I have seen and here I mean I keep them on and also from time to time I change the colors.Specifically for what I need these for, they do a job so per general I am happy with the functionality of the product.
