EXCELLENT Youth Bow For The $, Bought Two
The media could not be loaded. Very, very pleased. I bought this for my 11 y.o. daughter. After installing the included accessories we adjusted the pull weight down to something she could pull back on repeatedly. Then we headed over to our local archery shop to get the length of pull adjusted for her, I didn’t want to mess this up myself. That shop also repositioned the rear peep sight for her to better see the front sight. Since buying this we’ve been shooting in the backyard at 10 yards and looking forward to shooting at 20 and 30 yards more when we can. This is a very decent youth sized, dual cam bow. It is very easy to set up for weight adjustments, I believe it arrived at full strength of about 40-45 pounds. At the archery shop they tested our weight setting and said we set it at 19 pounds. The only thing we have added is a wrist strap. We eventually took off the side quiver and all the extra limb dampeners to reduce overall weight. The sight is a five pin fiber optic deal with a small bubble level. The outer ring of the sight glows in the dark. To my complete surprise, it has Black Light illumination for low light shooting, whaa? Cool. I easily removed 2 pins to reduce “sight clutter.” We now have a 10 yard, 20 yard and 30 yard pin. Lucky for us each pin is a different color, red, yellow and green. We are using a Patriot Jr. release and we’re pleased with this so far. For our budget this is a GREAT YOUTH BOW. It is small and light. It is fully featured out of the box, it comes with an Allen Wrench folding tool to make all of your adjustments. The Manual booklet is super basic. I had to go to YouTube to figure out how to install the arrow rest and the sights. I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase. We are in the backyard shooting real carbon fiber shafted arrows and hitting targets having a blast. We got our arrows cut to 28” and put 100 gr Field Tips on them. I went on-line and ordered a dozen 75 gr tips so the arrow speed can increase. Is there anything I don’t like about this bow? Not really. I considered Bear and PSE youth/teenager bows but I didn’t want to risk a near $300 flop if this didn’t work out. For a beginner to archery this has everything you want or need minus the grip strap. Yes, it is an Amazon purchase so I’m sure the Archery Snobs will snicker but I don’t care. In fact, I’m so impressed with this bow that for $40 more, I am considering getting the adult version (up to 75 pounds) so that Father and Daughter are rocking the same gear. Nice.Buy this with confidence. Look at my pictures. Ask me a question if you would like. We live in So Cal and our archery dreams do not include taking a six point Buck from the tree stand at 30 yards this Fall. We just want to shoot and have fun in the yard or at the range. Could this be more premium, made out of better stuff? Sure. But now you’re back up to $250 -$300. This bow is perfect for us now and with care we will pass this on in a few years to my younger daughter. I took a chance with this but ultimately I am extremely pleased with this purchase. No, not sponsored.UPDATE: So we’ve been enjoying this bow now for about a month and I have upgraded some gear. Almost all of this was purchased from Amazon also. First we bought an XGeek Youth Bow carrier/backpack. This carrier has a zip pocket for the black tube protective arrow case. This case will fit a dozen arrows no problem. Then I decided to upgrade the sight with a Trophy Ridge Joker 4. I chose this because it was brighter, simple, only four pins, and perfect for our entry level needs. This sight has a small light built into it also. We also picked up some Easton Bow Wax. Lastly I decided on two Limbsaver archery products: a bow string silencer and a 3 1/2” stabilizer. As you can see from the pictures, the silencer attaches out front but it can reach back to the string. This bow came with a small front, harder rubber stabilizer but I just wanted this design for its softness. We’re shooting 6.5 mm carbon arrows with 50 grain field tips. Only the arrows and tips did not come from Amazon. Needless to say, my daughter and I are super pumped, happy and enjoying our entry into backyard archery. -RUPDATE: someone asked me via Amazon Reviews what the cams were made of, they are made of a non-magnetic metal, probably an aluminum. These cams are painted black with a crinkle/textured paint. They are definitely not a plastic. 03 AUG 2022 -RUPDATE: Been having a lot of fun with this setup. Today installed a Super Deuce 38 3/16 peep sight, black (without the stretch tube), installed a Kisser button and increased pull weight to 25 pounds. My daughter is 12 now and we’re using 85 grain field points now. We slid the D-Loop just a bit for better fit. 14 OCT 2022 -RUPDATE: Bought a second bow for my youngest daughter for her 11th birthday. Right now we are running the same set up on both bows: Trophy Ridge Joker 4, Limbsaver Limb Decelerator, Limbsaver S-Coil dampeners (2 3/4” and 3 1/2”), and grip straps. One bow is set at 25 lbs. and the new one is set at 15 lbs. Looking forward to getting this second rig dialed in. Again, I could not be more pleased with this entry level purchase. This second bow is not labeled “Ghost Hand,” no big deal. You buy this bow because it is a cheaper option upfront. I am ok with that. These bows seem legit and I honestly have nothing to complain about. I now have both girls with their own rigs, their own separate arrows and separate target blocks. I like the fact that I can upgrade what I want and these bows are universal enough to accept all the higher quality upgrades. Again, ask me any question you want. Loving this set up, need to buy my first bow soon. 25 OCT 22.UPDATE: 30 APR 23 Still having fun with this initial setup. I got carbon arrows cut down for my youngest at about 25” and she shoots them good. My older daughter has her arrows at about 28” if I remember correctly. Entry level fun. I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase. I couldn’t be more pleased with our level of performance for right now. UPDATE: 28 May 2023 Made a few changes. Both girls are now using Trophy Ridge Kill Shot Whiskey Biscuits, size medium. Both girls have their own arrows cut down. And both girls are using 75 grain field tips. Still using Trophy Ridge Joker 4’s on both rigs. Youngest girl is using the smallest/lightest dampener out front that I could find. Still having a lot of fun. We have only shot 10 and 20 yards at various archery ranges. - R

Bow is great, rest is meh, Arrows are fiberglass junk
The good: this bow is not a toy. I am a bowhunter, and I am seriously impressed with this bow. It's a nice little rig. The accessories that come with it are cheap, especially the rest. I immediately chucked the rest and replaced it with a nice fall-away rest I had sitting around. The peep sight and D loop were in the right place and served well. The cam modules were easy to adjust for draw length (no press required.), as was the draw weight. Concerning draw weight: recommend screwing the adjust volts on the limb pockets ALL THE WAY IN, giving maximum draw weight, then slowly backing each volt out equally, four or five complete turns (keep track so that they are equal!) to start your kid out, then slowly increase by running same bolts in slowly and equally. Be sure to measure your archer and determine their draw length (wing span, finger tip to finger tip, divided by 2.5, in inches. Using this number, use the chart includes in the instructions to adjust the modules on the cams. MUST BE EQUAL). DO NOT pony up for the package with the arrows...they are NOT carbon, they are fiberglass junk. Take your kid's draw length, add two inches, and order some actual carbon arrows on that other site....a spine of 600 will serve you well with this bow (and close to a 26" arrow. ); this is important!Be certain to rub bowstring wax into your string/cables!Took a few hours to tune the bow after putting her together, because I included my girl in the process to teach her how.My kid is 13, and with actual carbon arrows, she's stacking them up. Cannot emphasize enough that the fiberglass arrows in the package are junk.If you're not an archer, find a buddy that is to help you set it up, or go to a pro shop. It's easy and every step is on the internet, like everything else.Enjoy!

Very GOOD bow at a reasonable price.
The bow is better than I expected for this price. Well made, good fit and finish...Bought it for my 11 yr old Grandson... Reduced the draw weight by cranking the screws out until he could draw the bow, which was 5 turns out from max, then "tuned" the bow to smooth out his shots by cranking out the bottom blade adjustment an additional half-turn...I removed the lower brush from the arrow rest, it works fine now.Sights work good, I removed three of them so he now has only 20, 30, and 40 yard sights to deal with.Arrows aren't the best, but OK for a kid learning to shoot at 20/30 yards. All things considered, it is a GOOD bow set for a beginner or intermediate shooter.

AWESOME
Great bow for a kid to get into archery.Great red color. Not super heavy.Easy to set up however the rubber silencers seem to fall off once in a while. No safety issues that I have found. Not the most accurate but he's at the lowest poundage so tough to really get a read on this.Super functional for a kid and even as he grows into an older age!

Great starter bow
I bought this one for my youngest daughter last Christmas, we've been going to the range once a week since then, she does better than me more times than not. After a year now of her using it with no issues! I just found out it only goes to almost 35lbs draw weight. Going to have to get something a bit beefier. But awesome bow
