Beech Under Desk Pedestal Unit

I bought a set of these drawers 2 weeks ago, these were very good quality and I had little to no issues assembling them together. Since I was pleased with them, I decided to buy a second set. However, these were very bad quality for some reason, the instructions were very unclear and there were no numbers labelled on each part! Also, we ended up breaking one of the drawer runners because one of the drawers got stuck as we tried to attach it to the inner track. Since the instructions did not show us exactly what to do, we had to try and figure it all out ourselves. The drawer runners had levers which released the drawers when you pushed it either up or down, but for some reason the runner on one of the sides only released when you pushed the lever one way, then the other side, you pushed it the opposite way and we were unaware of this and ended up breaking the runner itself. Lastly, the lock did not work. There was a stopper included with the set which you screwed in underneath the roof of the cabnet. The holes that were marked out for the stopper's placement were in the wrong place so the stopper was actually placed futher back and the lock wouldn't catch it. To top it all off the drawers didn't exactly match with the other drawers that I bought, they were lighter and you could easily tell the difference in quality between them. Overall I am not impressed with this second set of drawers.

Compared with other brands these are much more reasonable in price but just as good in quality. It requires some DIY skill to assemble but it's not rocket science. Instructions are concise and easy to follow.

Assembly instructions didn't match the parts to be assembled. It's adequate for my home use but probably wouldn't be sturdy enough for an office

I ordered this and paid for express delivery which said it would be four days. Needless to say it arrived next day. Spent an hour putting it together. As in previous reviews it's worth reading the instructions thoroughly and understanding exactly how the floors to the drawers are fixed in place. I was very close to getting upset thinking I had been sent incorrect parts until I read through the instructions again. Its a sturdy under desk pedestal which looks nice and goes well with my office furniture. It wouldn't last a lifetime with heavy office day to day use but for a home office it should be good for a few years to come. I have three negatives about this item: 1, the drawer locking screws which hold the drawers together two of them in my top drawer are loose and won't lock any tighter 2, the lock on the top drawer only locks the top drawer and doesn't lock all three 3, I'm struggling to find a floating desk drawer tidy which fits in the top drawer which is frustrating Other than that it is a pretty good item for the price and should last a while for what I use it for.

The customer must be aware this filing cabinet is truly a flat pack. Far too many parts to assemble. I had bought this as a seconds, as I can see why the last customer return the filing cabinet, due to the vast amount of parts. You will need lots of spare time and patience buckets full of patiences to assemble this cabinet. If you enjoy puzzles and solving problems, this will keep you busy during the government Lockdown and restrictions, this will help challenge your mind to complete this product.

very poor lock drawer dose not look middle drawer hits bottom drawer when you pull it out and when you close bottom you have to lift middle drawer up to shut drawer as middle drawer drops down

Does what it is ment to do

This load of junk arrived with bits broken and parts missing. It was a nightmare to construct and I am very experienced with flat pack furniture. The diagrams are awful and poorly presented. When I got it assembled it was obviously made from the bottom of a work pile ale not only was it wobbly and ill fitting but when the drawers was locked it would not unlock and jammed the other drawers . I have never experienced such a poor item. What is even more galling is that I thought I was purchasing an IKEA item at Amazon but this turned up. Not only a disgusted customer but I feel robbed.

Very attractive design. Once I got it together! No written instructions. Only drawings so sketchy that I couldn't tell the difference between the top or bottom rails or even which way to face them front to back! I have assembled furniture before but never had to install the rails. Ridiculous tiny sketchy drawings. I had to google how to put rails on in drawers and try every possible configuration until I accidentally hit it right. The the rest was fine once I knew how. I was very, very frustrated. Some of the reviews mentioned poor instructions but I am pretty intuitive and felt I could manage.

Si je n'étais pas un bricoleur, j'aurais renvoyé ce colis. Les endroits indiqués pour mettre les visses pour le montage des rails était mauvais, si j'avais suivi les indications sur le bois, les rails aurait été de travers et il a fallu recalculer la pose des rails en trois fois car le tiroir du bas dépassait de 1,5 cm vers la bas. Je ne suis donc pas du tout satisfait de toutes ces erreur. Sinon, le meuble correspond à mon attente. François.

Me ha gustado todo. Es funcional, la uso en la oficina. Sus ruedas facilitan su desplazamiento. Estoy contenta con la compra.
