I have long hair which I normally wear up in a bun. I am not a hairdresser but as my long hair is all the same length it is not hard to trim it if you have a decent pair of scissors. I also have a fringe which needs trimming frequently. I thought these scissors were excellent. They are sharp and easy to use and even an amateur like me can use them easily and successfully. Good value for money (much cheaper than going to a hairdresser!). Happy to recommend.

On receiving these hairdressing scissors for the price, I cannot complain. The sharpness is excellent for such a good value pair There is a sharp point and precision which having a fringe is important for straightening, with no blunt edges. The size feels very comfortable in my hand especially being left handed, so works both ways. Work really well. Near the tip of the scissors is the CANDURE logo. I am not sure, and cannot comment how long these scissors will last in regards sharpness, not had them long. What I would have liked, is a nice display case or something for the scissors to be put in. All I got was a little plastic pipette to cover the blade. I would have paid a bit more for the covering. Fantastic wish I knew sooner about these scissors I like that they are sturdy and the price is give away cheap the quality is so good great for just doing touch ups if you are fussy like myself definitely would repurchase but I see them lasting along time just try not to be scissor happy all around great purchase
