The media could not be loaded. Went from 1 star to 4 starts; I received replacement in a timely manner. We used longer screws than what was included; It did cost another $40.00 to reinstall the replacement, which was not covered by seller. I will discuss with seller to see if any cost can be re-cooped. Here it is back hanging in closet. The best afforable handicapped solution for closet.This was installed at the end of Sept, here is is the 28th if October so poor quality do not recommend

This was so easy to put together and install. I did it in under 15 minutes. And it fits well, I purchased two different sizes and they both worked very well.

Out of the box it looks OK, but the plastic pieces feel very poor. The screw holes for the end of the pull down handle, and the handle itself are not aligned, and difficult to line up. Then you have to be super careful to not strip the provided small screw. It sucks when the handle comes down and you need a ladder to grab the bar. This really needs to be improved.The instructions are very poor. No indication how close to walls, shelf, etc. And this is meant to be mounted inside a cabinet, but the provided screws will strip out in typical cabinetry particle board. Who came up with this idea? The mounting holes for the screws to secure the dampers are not all aligned well, so on each side at least one screw will fall inside the mechanism. Just a really design element. The entire thing feels like amateur design.

It was easy to install. Yes, there is a little amount of space to make it a little bit larger or you can bring it in to make it smaller. It’s perfect.

I wanted to like this but the bar that should hold the clothes is very weak. You can maybe only put shirts and a few pants. Isn’t strong enough to hold anything if weight. Didn’t like. Don’t buy. We ended up just putting a rod and having a small ladder on hand to get clothes. Cheaper and stronger. Too bad I did like the idea

Fits well in allotted space, however, could hold more and rather difficult to pull down.

We finally got around to installing this rod, and I'm so glad we did. I guess I should have turned on the light for the photo. Oops.We have 9' ceilings and I wanted more hanging space in this area, so this was a great compromise with keeping the countertop area.Be careful about how many items you put on the rod. It didn't struggle or anything with the shocks to raise up, but on the left it does kind of push up and out the left-most shirt and I need to take a couple off.Otherwise such a great item to have for extra storage!
