CDNTCH130 Chocolate Tempering Thermometer

12" thermometer with a protective plastic yellow container. The thermometer measures from 40 degrees fahrenheit to 130 degrees fahrenheit but sadly not in centigrade/celsius. It clearly shows very small changes in chocolate temperature for tempering but the length makes it awkward if using small volumes of chocolate. The price is great but I think it's worth paying more for a smaller, more practical digital thermometer.

this is absolutely huge, I hadn't appreciated that it would take up half my kitchen. But it works and does a good job, just make sure you carefully check the dimensions before you purchase.
