I originally purchased this in October 2017 and gave it 4 stars rather than five to see if it would stand the test of time as regards durability am pleased to announce that it is has indeed done so. Although my original review was not positive regarding the styling, the fact that I'm still using this set now is testament to it's good workmanship and durability so if you want something that will last, give this Grinder Set serious consideration. In addition, many grinder sets feature holders that might look more stylish than this one, but are not fit for purpose regarding functionality (you can't pass the set around amongst diners and the grinders topple out of the holder) so that's another reason for 5 stars.

Really pleased with this grinder set. It was packaged well, does the job, looks great and I've received lots of compliments on it and I've only had it a couple of weeks! Arc Premier have been good too. They have emailed to check all is good with product and given some background into their company too - excellent customer service! It's the little things like this that make the shopping experience that little bit more pleasant and makes you feel they have appreciated buying from them.I can certainly recommend them.

These are pretty. I really really like how they look in my kitchen. But the adjustable grind doesn't seem to adjust, and they arrived with scratches along one side. Not the end of the world, but I feel a little oversoldUpdate: upon picking up to use, the glass has snapped at the neck. Unacceptable.

As already stated in previous reviews theses are much bigger than the picture would make them appear - great size so won't need filling too often. Cant say how long the grinding mechanism will work as just got them - looks a lot flimsier than the Ikea ones I have had in the past.Reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because one of the lids had a small dent in it on delivery not enough for me to be bothered to return the item but ....

This looks a nice set however it is not good quality. After very little use one of the grinders no longer functions properly. The grip has come loose meaning it rotates without grinding. To get it to work I have to grip the thin strip of plastic at the top which could easily cut my had if it slips.It's not expensive but when it breaks almost immediately it's still not worth the money. Maybe I just got unlucky.

I love these! They are much larger than the images imply - the size of grenades (I guess..). Nice touches are the lids and the top-up design for the grating meaning that you don't end up with grains over your table top. The stand is neat too. All in all, practical well-designed grinders that look more expensive than they actually cost.

These look lovely but the turning mechanism is a bit wierd. The metal collar is not part of the plastic underneath so you have to kind of slip it down and twist to get it engaged. Im not sure if this is how it is supposed to be or if mine is defective.

Great value for money, very stylish looking worth more than the price. Ive had these about 6 months now and they are still going strong. Best thing for me is that they are so easy to wipe clean, I just use a damp soapy sponge and any evidence of my last culinary creation is erased :).

Bereits bei Lieferung war ein Glas am Schraubhals gebrochen, so dass die Sendung zurückgeht.Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass die Gläser dann im täglichen Gebrauch auf Dauer halten.Ausprobieren konnte ich die Mühlen nicht, finde sie aber für den Esstisch zu groß geraten und der Ständer überzeugt mich auch nicht. Daher suche ich weiter nach einem wertigeren Set.

Il prodotto a me arrivato funziona malissimo. Si riesce a malapena a macinare il pepe, per una "spolverata" minima è necessario girare 2 minuti. Il sale invece non lo riesce a macinare minimamente. Ho provato a regolare in ogni modo la macinatura, ma il risultato non cambia. Soldi buttati. Sono rimasto sorpreso perché avevo letto ottime recensioni, quindi ho pensato subito a un prodotto difettato, avendo però acquistato 2 set, e quindi 4 macinapepe, dubito che il problema sia quello.

Ottimo davvero. Sono arrivati integri e macinano benissimo. E' un po' scomoda la presa, con il vapore della pentola, scivolano. Consegna puntuale

Ensemble très correct.. Plusieurs niveaux pour moudre le sel et poivre. Élégant poser sur la table. Questions rapport qualité prix très correct.

Macinapepe e Macinasale semplicemente ... bellissimi!Avevo preso questo set Macinapepe e Macinasale in vetro e acciaio per fare un regalo ad una persona che ama cucinare, e colleziona gli accessori da cucina, però onestamente, mi sono piaciuti così tanto che ho acquistato un altro set per me, li trovo bellissimi!Questo set sale e pepe è in vetro ideale sia mentre si cucina che da posizionare a tavola, questi macinini compatti, capienti ed eleganti, sono maneggevoli, si perché ne ho provati diversi eppure li trovo sempre piccoli o poco facili da usare, tuttavia questi hanno la proporzione ideale, come potete vedere dalle foto che vi allego.Alla fine ho fatto il regalo che è stato molto apprezzato e ho fatto un bel regalino anche a me stessa!Ma ora vi descrivo il prodotto:Il set saliera e pepiera è realizzato in vetro di buona qualità ed hanno il tappo ermetico in acciaio. Ciascuno dei macinini può contenere circa 230 grammi di sale, pepe o spezie, proporzioni eccellenti.Il macchinario di macinatura è in ceramica cosa importante perché non altera l’odore e la qualità delle spezie macinate.La regolazione manuale, è pratica e comoda, si ruota il tappo in senso antiorario per una macinatura grossa o in senso orario per una più fine e più semplice di così… non si può!Trovo questo set di ottima fattura ho riscontrato che il tappo non permette la fuoriuscita delle spezie in modo involontario.Si smonta completamente e molto facilmente permettendo così di pulirlo a fondo, come vi ho già accennato questo set ha uno stile elegante e raffinato e comunque di buona qualità.Stavo pensando di prendere un altro set per preparare dei mix di spezie, semi di sesamo, peperoncino, origano, rosmarino e un mix perfetto per le patate al forno e poi ci sono anche tante altre combinazioni per la carne il pesce, insomma ce ne da sbizzarrirsi, peccato che ce ne sono solo due ma si può acquistare più set e utilizzarli per le varie preparazioni, del resto il prezzo è ottimo ho speso di più per prodotti decisamente scadenti!!Il pacco era ben fatto e la consegna è stata rapida e puntuale. Purtroppo, l'ho dovuto restituire perchè mi si è rotto uno. Probabilmente, danneggiato nel trasporto. Comunque, sono fatti bene, parte sotto in vetro, il tappo di plastica e metallo, il meccanismo in ceramica. Il portamacine di metallo presentava alcuni punti scuri, sembravano gli schizzi di qualche liquido che ha fatto ossidare il mettallo.
