The converter is contained in a slim round tube in the middle, like some of the pictures show. It's not in a rectangular box, like some of the other pictures show. Nice design. And the 10 ft cable is just right for my setup. Plugged it in and it works, delivering great sound.

I have an old Phillips Stereo from 20 years ago. I've been wanting to connect the speakers to my TV. I tried multiple times and couldn't until I realized it needed to be converted. This cord finally made it possible and I couldn't be happier. The quality is very durable and well made.

Works great hooked up to a Sonos connect box. I don't know if it's the cable or my TV though but when every thing is turned off I start getting feedback to the Sonos speakers until I stop the connects input.

Easy install between my old Aiwa stero with RCA and my new LG tv via digital optical from the tv.Great product.

Was watching TV, then the speakers made a weird noise then just went silent. Tested them with a different interface, and they work just fine. Turns out this cable gave up for some reason. No damage is noticable, and I made sure the cable was never bent.

I wanted a simple way to get the sound from my TV to external speakers. This cable worked excellently. And is built in a way that it is compact and easy to hide from sight behind the TV.
