I am buying it for the second time, I’ll was really low on iron, I’ll be doing blood test to see how it’s going and I’ll update my review. So far so good, my hair stopped falling and my nails are growing without chipping.

After about 270 days (I'm on the 3rd pack) of taking these pills my hemoglobin, ferritin and iron levels all returned to normal. They had been low before.I have not noticed any of the usual side effects associato with iron supplements, such as constipation or upset stomach.
