Good foot for quilting
Easy to fit to machine and fairly easy to use.

reasonable price, slow delivery
Useful foot for free machine embroidery. I find the open toe much easier to use than a close toe foot. It took a very long time to arrive , from China I think, but when it eventually came it was good quality for a very reasonable price. I've put a small elastic band , wrapped a few times, around the shank of the foot to stop it bouncing so much when I sew. I did this following something I saw on YouTube.

Brilliant on my Janome
This fits my Janome low shank machine and works brilliantly. I have had three genuine Janome darning feet for my machine and they all squeaked after a few minutes of operation. This foot is half the price and ten times better. This open toe foot is bigger than the Janome foot and easier to see through. I have used it for hours at a time and still no squeaks! Brilliant!

Putting my foot in it
I ordered this item as I have inherited my Mums embroidery sewing machine and needed an new quilting/embroidery foot. Sadly the item I received was not the item I ordered. I specifically ordered an Open Toe foot and received a closed toe foot. Not much difference you may think - well there is if you like to see where the needle is going on your embroidery piece.Anyway after emailing the seller, he asked me what I wanted to do about it. I could send it back for a refund or re-order a new item. As the foot took about 4-6 weeks to arrive and it was quite a small cost, I decided to just keep it and sourced a new one of the type I wanted in the first place. It was a great item, brand new and really cheap. Just not the one I ordered.

Free style quilting foot
Bought this as I wanted to try freestyle quilting. It fits my Singer machine and works well. I just need to practise more to get really confident using it.

Free motion quilting foot.
Bought this for my Janome machine to enable me to do free motion quilting. It fits perfectly and certainly does the job. Bit fiddly and you need to make sure that the little bar at the top fits correctly on your machine. No instruction given. Worth the money and makes stitching easy to see as you go.

So far, so good!
So far, so good! It fitsonto my Singer Talent. I've tried it out on a scrap and I'm sure it will take me a while to learn how to sew with it. I'm an experienced user of sewing machines, but this is not a presser foot; not pressing but stepping on the fabric. Therefore you have to guide the fabric morecarefully than with a presser foot. Really, I wish I'd known about this years ago when I spent reels and reels of thread trying to sew layers of fabric and wadding together with my sewing machine. The top and bottom layers moved at different rates and every pattern piece cost me terrible trials and lots of tears!
