The media could not be loaded.  I’ve always loved the taste and quality of Ghirardelli’s dark chocolate and have used it for so many different desserts. It melts easily and it’s easy to use in desserts. Its fluidity is perfect where it’s not too thick or too thin that you would need two coats. Love that it comes in a big bag!

These are AMAZING..........I use them for when I make hot chocolate and to snack on.

Bought these after the supermarket ones tasted off these were spot on

They were half melted together. But they still tasted good. I had a heck of a time getting them apart.

Pure dark chocolate is the ONLY way to go!! So deliciously dreamy & just the right amount of decadence while NEVER being too sickly sweet, as most candies are in the states. The best way to enjoy nature’s cacao!!

I was hoping for a really dark chocolate. This tastes like milk chocolate not really dark chocolate. I like milk chocolate so it's OK, but that's all I can say. I was hoping for something more dark, more bitter. Ah well, I'll enjoy the milk chocolate.

I used this to make whipped ganache and it was perfect. The wafers melted beautifully and work so much better than chocolate chips that have the stabilizers in them to help hold their shapes. The chocolate was rich and yummy. I usually go between Ghirardelli and Callebaut when making ganache and for the most part find both the wafers/calle's work beautifully for this purpose.I like to use really good quality chocolate when making chocolate chip cookies so I also used these for that purpose. I like to use large chocolate chunks and wafers as the cookie really is just a yummy vehicle to get chocolate in my belly. So I usually use large wafers like this for that purpose.
