Over the years I've tried many different hand held steamers and have always found them to be less than impressive. I just opened this one and found it intuitive to use and surprisingly effective at removing wrinkles quickly. I have black out curtains hanging for the last 10 months that are wrinkled from the packaging. I don't own an iron or ironing board and don't want one, lol. So, I tried this on one panel and voila! The wrinkles are gone, as seen in photo. Panel on left took about 10 minutes to steam out. Right panel is shown for contrast. Cons are that the unit is somewhat heavy and my arm needs a rest after 10 minutes of use (that may be more of a comment on my physical fitness than the heft of the steamer) and that it's so effective in steaming that I burned my left hand a little stretching out the curtain to steam it. (That may be why the instructions advise not to wear the garment while you steam it, lol) I don't think this item is very portable for traveling due to its weight and no dedicated carrying bag. All in all, a good purchase and I hope it lasts a long time.

It’s a nice unit. It works well but I simply opted for a hand help monster steamer instead. For the money great buy ! G Michael

I’ve been using this handheld steamer for a few days, and it’s been surprisingly practical for keeping clothes wrinkle-free. It heats up almost instantly, which makes it easy to grab at the last minute before heading out. The steam itself is strong and smooth, though if the tank isn’t filled properly, it can spit a little at first. The water capacity is just right for a few shirts or a light jacket, and refilling mid-session is quick and mess-free. Holding it feels comfortable and balanced—no awkward wobbling or tipping—and the build is solid enough that it doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy. The included fabric brush and lint remover really help get garments looking polished, even ones that have been in storage or folded for a while. Using it for multiple pieces in a row doesn’t get tiring thanks to its lightweight design, and the continuous steam lasts long enough to finish a small load without interruption. It’s not a replacement for a full ironing setup, but for quick touch-ups and travel, it’s surprisingly effective and reliable.

Easy to use. Steam output is very good. This is easy to handle and I get the results I had expected. A very good steamer!!

But this last minute to steam dresses for a wedding! This was perfect and didn’t leak water like previous steamers I’ve used! It was also very quick, I was able to steam six dresses within a very short time to frame (and they were really wrinkled haha)

I love that I can use this garment steamer at home and that it’s small enough to travel with also! It’s lightweight, easy to hold and use. It does a great job of making my husband's business clothes presentable. It removes all the wrinkles and his outfit looks pristine. Sometimes in the mornings he can be in such a rush, thankfully the steamer heats up in under 25 seconds. One tank of water will provide steam continuously for nearly 18 minutes. It works on all fabrics: cotton, wool, polyester, plush, silk, nylon, and linen. It can be used on other items like curtains, whatever you deem necessary!

⭐⭐⭐ Loved it until the fuzzy head thing started peeling off after 10 months 🙄 Look, I LOVED this steamer at first. Seriously, I was recommending it to my sister and everything. The steam power is fantastic - I always use the highest setting because why would you use anything else? To take more time? Idk haha but the power gets clothes crisp fast, which is essential because nothing’s worse than showing up to meet a client or hot date looking like a wrinkly mess lol. What I actually love about it: The weight feels good (I know some reviews say it’s heavy but whatever), long cord is clutch, and the reservoir is generous. Though heads up - if you’re like me and steam weekly loads of shirts and pants, you’ll need multiple refills. Also don’t overfill it or it’ll spit water at you. But here’s where it gets annoying: After less than a year of regular use (1-2x weekly), the fabric cleaning attachment (that fuzzy head thing) started rolling up and peeling off. I followed all the care instructions too because that’s the only way to get products to last these days. So frustrating! Real talk: I’ve tried many steamers before and they all disappointed except for those massive commercial ones at tailors (but who has space for that?). This one actually worked great until this attachment failure. The steamer itself still has strong steam - it’s just the head that’s useless now. Oh and that storage box? Total gimmick. They say you can store it hot but I call bs - it’s just a way to charge more lol. Fell apart after a few months. Bottom line: Great performance, crappy durability. Would I buy again? Probably not at this price point when parts fail before year one.

Fantastic steamer! I hardly use my iron anymore. Heats up quickly, easy to use. Not too heavy when full.

Hemos tenido varios modelos de planchas de vapor y esta es la que nos parece la mejor. Hay que rellenar el depósito de agua cada dos o tres prendas pero fuera de eso es excelente. Recomendada.

Firstly the plug needs an adaptor which you need to buy separately . Took it out of the box and it won’t even turn on. I even tried to contact their head offices . Very unhelpful . Waste of time. Do your self the due diligence and go with a company that has the correct plug and are reliable.
