Ancient Heart

Back in the 1980's I bought this album as a LP when it was first issued. I no longer am set up to play LPs but when I came across the album on CD I bought a copy. It's as good as I remembered. Good tunes and lyrics.

Big fan of TT. Great singer/songwriter and some really good material on this album.

Good quality cd.

I picked up an old CD that had 'Good Tradition' on and thought whatever happened to Tanita. Anyway I hit Amazon and bought this album.For a debut album from someone so young at the time it is so strong. Some of the later albums are better but I have given this 5 starts purely for the fact that it is amazing - at the risk of repeating myself - that this solid album is a debut album and there are songs that hit every emotion.Glad I bought this and the later albums, listen to them all the time.

I loved this when it was first released in the 80's - and it sounded as good now as then. Good price & quick delivery

One of my most relaxing albums. Even when it picks up the pace in World Outside Your Window, the effect is still complete relaxation. Some of the tracks are a little dull toned, however when listening to the album as a whole, they fit perfectly. Nothing is lost, meaning the album stays on form.Very often I play the last two tracks by themselves. Valentine Heart, and Preyed Upon.

Great album

Very good. I love Tracy Chapman, Suzanne Vega and Michelle Shocked and she's got a similar sound.
