My four year old first made all the "good" choices (so proud), and played out the story, then we spent lost of time going back through each time Danny had a choice so he could see how one small choice in a day could really affect other people and outcomes. He loves this and it really demonstrates that kids have a choice in how they act and react. He's telling our family members and friends about it and thinks it's so cool he gets to finish the story. Review: Great for Teachers and Parents - Great tool for teaching the value and outcome of choices. My grandson loves it. I remind him of Danny in the book when we have talks about how important decisions really are. How they affect more than just ourselves. Good and bad. It's also quite entertaining which keeps him wanting to read them over and over. Awesome.

7 yr old loves them
My 7 year old grandson loved them immediately!!! He enjoyed being given a choice and then talking about the consequences of those choices. And no I am not a gentle parenting grandparent...I just wanted something to help him understand consequences while he is grounded to his room by his mom for his actions and he loves these books. I wish there were more than 3!!

Great books
I bought these books for my great grandchildren. They are excellent. They let the children shoes with the little boy should do and the story goes from there and they see the consequences of the actions of the child in the story takes then if they choose the one that didnโt turn out so well, they can see the other one and how it did turn out well so it teaches them life lessons that there are consequences for our actions.

Worth it!
Well worth getting the three-book set. Each book is engaging, with beautiful illustrations, friendly font, and good quality paper. Written in a language that is totally accessible to young readers, yet clear enough to explain each dilemma. Very age-appropriate decisions- for example whether to raise your hand in class and risk embarrassment, or not raise and risk not learning the material. In response to another reviewer- the authors encourage children to also choose the wrong behavior just to see what happens, not because itโs the childโs real choice! The message is that we all make mistakes sometimes, but we โuse the power to choose wiselyโ and hope that tomorrow we are better than today. These books are a fun way to develop critical thinking skills and a healthy attitude about making decisions.

Kid loves it and helps with learning right from wrong
Our kid enjoys being able to make decisions and get different things endings. It also helps him with knowing right from wrong and allows us to open up discussions on why each one is bad or good. Definetly worth the buy.
