Helped relieve my migraines and stiff neck!
This is the first pillow that I FINALLY found to have relieved my neck pain and migraines. I have tried at very least 5 other pillows in just this past year and none have done anything for me and some even have added to my discomfort. This Groye Adjustable Pillow was an immediate relief the first night. When I woke up the next morning and realized I had slept through the night completely without waking up, my neck felt fine and I was more alert it was a wonderful feeling. As time went on I noticed that I was having less and less migraines to the point its very rare now for me to get one and when I do and I lay down its relieved much quicker and I am much more comfortable due to how my head and neck are aligned. There is just something about how this pillow aligns your head, neck, shoulders and upper back that make you not only comfortable but very satisfied after either a long restful nights sleep or a short nap. You can be a multi- position sleeper as I am meaning back, side (both) or belly and it works its magic for which ever way you sleep and the comfort aspect is 100% enjoyable. I highly recommend this Pillow for older teens through any age adult.

Don't dry the pillowcase
I've bought three of these now, one for my bed, one for my RV, and one because I didn't read the instructions and put the zippered cover in the dryer, which ruined it. If you're a side sleeper, the sides are a good size, and the neck support is decent when on your back. reasonably priced too!

Improved my sleep and neck and shoulder pain. Versatile shape!
I shopped around for a side sleeper pillow. I tried a 6 inch cube shape. I tried an odd "wing-shape" pillow. I decided on this one because it is both a side sleeper and a back sleeper. It has the shoulder scoop and the "wing" lift for side sleeping. What sets this apart from other odd wing pillows is that this one is more like a regular pillow and so can accommodate different uses better. It's soft and supportive and adjustable on top of that! I'm requesting the insert to increase the loft but have not yet tried it. The height works for me now but I'm curious if the boost would make side sleeping even more comfortable. The pillow case feels nice but is pilling and degrading quickly. So I wish it came with a more durable case since it is nice to have a case that fits the form. Thankfully the shape can be used with regular pillow cases granted they aren't too tight.

Works for neck stiffness
I absolutely love my neck pillow! It has been a game-changer for my neck pains. The foam pillow provides excellent support and comfort, cradling my neck and helping me relax during the night. The ergonomic design ensures that I wake up without any stiffness or discomfort. I've even found it useful for reading or watching TV on the couch. This neck pillow is a must-have for anyone seeking quality rest and relaxation, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Less neck and shoulder pain
Before I began using orthopedic pillows, I suffered for several days at a time from painful neck/shoulder spasms about once a month. I began using another brand of "wave" pillow years ago and these monthly spells abated. It took a few tries to get used to that pillow, but it reformed me from being a stomach sleeper.Fast forward some years and I'm experiencing increasing shoulder pain. I notice with my old wave pillow that I experience downward (towards my feet) pressure on my shoulders when lying on my back.I chose this new pillow because it has cutouts to provide more space for my shoulders. When I'm lying on my back, there is no downward pressure on my shoulders. It is a moderate improvement over my previous pillow and a huge improvement over regular pillows. This pillow has a depression in the middle of the pillow for my head, yet the ends of the pillow are not sloped toward the middle. I can still roll onto my side without feeling like I'm being pushed onto my back. The only downside for me is that my pillow MUST go with me when I travel. It is a large item and requires a larger suitcase to carry along with all my other belongings. This often necessitates that I check my bag when flying. It's worth it to be functional when traveling!

Good pillow, just not what I needed
I bought this pillow as a replacement for another memory foam pillow that was getting past it’s prime. I’ve had cervical fusion surgery to my neck and needed a good support pillow for side sleeping. This one arrived quickly and in excellent shape. It is firm but not supportive enough for me. I’m sure it would be a great pillow for someone not already affected by neck issues. While I admire it’s design, it hasn’t turned out to be the best fit for me.

Actually leads to a deeper sleep for me
So, like many of us, I occasionally receive offers to write a review for a product in exchange for some reward. With just about all, I throw them in the trash. But with this, I've decided to write a review because this product is actually worth writing about!I've had about six or seven different "foam"-type pillows in the past ten years, and they're all about the same, as far as I'm concerned. They all do their jobs, but nothing exceptional--except for this one. I don't know if it's that it's a bit thicker than the others (so a deeper "sinking into" feeling), or if it's the shape of things, but I actually end up having a deeper sleep when I use this pillow. It's not only palpable in experience, but my sleep tracker also confirms this as a fact.I even go back and forth with another foam pillow to confirm this, and I get the same result consistently.Although this pillow might be designed for people who sleep on their backs, I'm mostly a side sleeper, and it works great for me. But the 10 - 20% of the time I do sleep on my back, it works great also. It's hard to describe exactly how it supports a deeper sleep, but it just feels very snug. Like your head is sinking into the softest of cradles. Or something like that! This is probably 1 in 50 or so products I would recommend on amazon. lol.
