Manfrotto Mini tripod and iPhone clamp
Just started to use this, so not able to comment on medium and long-term durability but it seems reasonably well made for the price.Tripod is very stable and can be used hand-held when folded - comfortable to hold. The moving parts are a little awkward to use - the clamp is very stiff, although obviously there needs to be some tension to hold the iPhone in place securely and the ball joint doesn't move smoothly, which might be due to newness. iPhone 11 has to be removed from its case to fit the clamp.Take care when tearing open the plastic blister pack! It has perforations to help the process but the resulting edges are razor sharp.

Not Great
Being a named brand I sort of expected more but out it this way I would not get another from this company . It’s not that sturdy and overall I’m just surprised .I wouldn’t trust anything if any consequence in it

Full price is expensive but a must-have gadget for any photographer's bag
I first bought one of these to support a 7" screen recorder and it worked a charm. Since then I've down-sized my camera gear and have found these to be capable of supporting a small mirrorless camera with mid-weight lens, provided you align the lens with one of the legs. This doubles as tripod and handle. Fold the legs up and you get a sturdy handle to hold the camera. Although the head is adjustable, it's probably the bit I like least. In order to manoeuvre the attachment, the button needs to be really firmly pressed. Someone with arthritis would struggle as do I, sometimes pressing with two hands. However once in position it really holds the pose. There is no quick release on this tripod, and this one of the advantages. It makes attachment to equipment really quick and it's small enough to not need to detach the item until it's ready to pack away. These are well built (albeit in China not Italy), and have a solid and firm feel to them. I'm aware that at full price they are around ÂŁ25 and that's too expensive in my opinion for what you get.But I carry a tonne of Manfrotto gear and I actually own around 15 of the blighters now. Not as a main support in most instances. But if I'm to set up multiple cameras, I can place each on one of these and still them alongside each other as I'm syncing their settings and checking connections.I'd definitely recommend have one or two of these if you can get them at a discount.

Convenient little tripod
Bought this for filming on my iPhone 11. It feels sturdy, I like how the legs are slightly rubbery with rubber feet so the tripod doesn't slide around on smooth surfaces. I bought a clamp separately so that I can film with my phone vertically for Instagram, as the clamp that comes with this tripod only allows you to fix your camera horizontally.

Nice tripod for compact cameras or smartphones
My smartphone has an astrophotography mode I was keen to try, but it only kicks in when the phone is absolutely stationary and needs to remain still for about two minutes. I needed a tripod, and this one looked perfect. The tripod is nice and light and when folded up is about the size of a banana - 18cm long (without the smartphone clamp), and about 5cm wide. The three legs swivel out from the top - they don't extend - and it stands about 14cm tall. At the top of the tripod there is a screw fitting onto which you can attach a compact camera, and there's also a clamp for smartphones which you can either attach at the bottom, or on the back which is good for taking photos of the sky, or ornate ceilings, pointing straight up. The clamp pulls open and grips the sides of the phone. It doesn't pull very wide apart - narrowest width is about 5.5cm and the widest it goes is about 6.5cm - so don't buy it with the intention of putting a tablet in there. The back of the clamp also has an extendable kickstand of sorts, so if you want to take a photo with your camera but don't need the full tripod you can always unscrew the clamp, extend the kickstand, and just use that.At the top of the tripod there is a large red button. If you push this in the screw part of the tripod can now move freely on a ball joint, and when you release the button it locks in position. It feels sturdy and robust, as with the rest of the tripod.I really like this tripod and look forward to taking more pictures of the night sky, and also putting it in my case when we go on holidays.
