I must have 4 No. straightening irons all promising to get my hair silky straight none have delivered apart from this one!. I have thick mid back natural afro hair. When I straighten my hair I want it to have movement and body and thats what I got with the H2Pro. This works! it is a professional iron with professional results. Stop wasting your money on cheap products and invest in a professional flat iron that does the job properly. Yes it is pricey but considering all the flat irons I have bought they all total the price of this one. The technology and floating plates protect and smooth your hair and add shine. This hair straightener goes beyond my expectations for the price that amazon offers! I normally buy the chi brand because I have used it all my life, but decided that I would try a new brand after I had some problems with my chi not heating up properly. I was excited to receive this in only for a couple days; the delivery was fast and the product came just as it stated in the details. When I first turned it on, it heated up within 10 seconds. This straightener has a dial setting for heat and it goes up to 450 degrees. I have very thick hair and this straightener had no problem with not only getting the curls and crimps out of my hair but it was also made it smooth and very soft. I normally have a problem with the ceramic plates tugging on my hair, but with this straightener there was no problem with my hair getting caught between the plates and the base of the straightener. This hair straightener is a life savor if your'e in a rush and need perfect hair! I am never switching back to Chi after this product!

This flat iron works great. I have shoulder length hair and was able to finish my entire head in about 10 min. It’s smooth and leaves my hair feeling great.

I LOVE this iron. It really gets the job done like no other. I live on a tropical island which is an extremely high humidity environment. My hair never ever stays put. I’m natural, high porosity and rarely straighten my hair so none of that helps my cause. This iron worked amazing. I used it on about 385. It’s hard to tell because the gauge doesn’t have numbers between 370 and 450. My hair has stayed straight all week, even in a light sprinkle. Highly recommend.

The temp dial is way too small I can barely see the numbers. Seems to heat up quickly I haven’t had it a full month yet so to be determined
