Not the real deal
Bought two of these. One just plain did not work. The other worked for a few weeks but now comes up with the error 'incompatible battery' or some such. You have been warned.

Look for a better alternative
For a genuine LG part this is disappointing. It lasts barely 6 months before failing. I have just purchased a more expensive generic battery in the hope that it performs better

I bought a battery for my LG G5 and thats what I got...it fits and everything!

Great replacement
So far so good. Charges quickly, holds its charge well and appears to have a good performance under heavy load. Stays nice and cool.
