This filter is a great value and is a perfect fit for my HVAC system. This size filter is hard to find in stock at hardware stores so the option to get them in a 4-pack is really helpful and they're very good quality. They shipped quickly and were delivered in sturdy boxes so there was no damage or issues. Overall a great buy and product.

I will be using these in my air conditioning unit. This size is somewhat hard to find, so I was very pleased to find them.

So my AC is supposed to take, and marked to take a 16x20” filter which is a pretty standard and widely available size. I can generally get this size in decent prices. Unfortunately for some reason the width is off by about an inch likely because someone years ago didn’t do their job right so now I’m forced to buy this oddball 16x19” size or force and bend up a 16x20” getting it in. This 16x19” filter seems to work just fine and about as well as any other I’ve used. It just stinks that you get punished on the price for having to buy it.

A very pleasant surprise when I opened the sturdy shipping carton and found the frames and filter material of high quality.My air carrier takes a large 20x25x4 size, making it somewhat difficult to find locally. My HVAC tech recommended I stay on the low MERV rating side of around 8. This rating will not filter out the smallest particles that some folks need removed, so it is not appropriate for them. But it is fine for equipment protection.His suggestion was based on the fact that the smaller openings in filters with higher MERV ratings put a higher air flow restrictions on the system, making the equipment work harder and causing extra strain over time. Since replacing HVAC equipment is expensive, I took his advice.
