Nice object, seems sturdy and well made. The button is very responsive and exactly placed where your fingers hold the handle. Humorous how many times I pressed the button while using the umbrella, and it collapsed over my head splashing plenty of water on my face. Similarly must have pressed it while trying to pull the bag off, and it immediately expanded in my hand. Tested the vent in a reasonably strong wind, tilted it a little and it caught the wind and inverted as all umbrellas do, but it didn't break, and it flipped back to normal easily. Size is about right for the diameter coverage. It can fit in a large pocket.

Product is well made and extremly compact. Initially I was worried about the robustness of the product do to the size but it has taken some punishment in windy weather. So good value for money, light and durable and I would recommend it.

I spent a long time researching as wanted a strong but small umbrella as a gift for a male for christmas. I must have had so many umbrella's in my life with so many breaking but this one it excellent. Very well made and strong, quality superb. He was delighted with this and I reckon he will have it for many years.

Had one of these exact umbrellas for at least 6 years before a gust of wind finally broke it. As it had been the longest lasting umbrella I’d ever had, I was happy to purchase another and hope I get as many years out of this as I did the last one. The only downside to the umbrella is it’s quite heavy to carry around, as apposed to a ‘normal’ umbrella.

Really happy with this brolly. I bought the purple one just for a change. The struts had finally given way on my old brolly after being blown inside out a million times. This brolly is quite lightweight, but I've taken it out in stormy, blowy weather and it's stood up to the wintry blasts of Greater Manchester pretty well. As my hands are weak and useless due to longstanding rheumatoid, I need an automatic brolly with a good handle that either has a textured or rubberised surface so it doesn't fly out of my pathetic grip. This fits the bill. Knocked off a star as the strap that closes around the canopy fastens with a press stud - which is really difficult for me to use - rather than Velcro. Otherwise recommended.

Bought thinking this was a compact umbrella, it's really not, does not fit in a handbag and is quite heavy compared to other umbrellas I have had before. Fits in my backpack but not in any handbag I own.

I absolutely love this umbrella. It's very wind resistant and has an automatic open/close button. The only downside is how heavy it is when you put it in your hand bag. I also bought the small size but it isn't as durable. I always recommend this and have had a few friends buy it as well
