Will this work on 66" dress Garment Travel bag

Hello, as long as there are buckles on both sides of your travel bag, it can be compatible with my shoulder strap hook. No problem. It can be used completely. thank you.

The clasp does not swivel but it does easily adjust.

are the 2 metal hooks at least 3 inches wide round to hook a stadium chair for carrying?

Hello, our shoulder straps are suitable for ordinary laptop bags, (2 metal hooks) only 0.8 inches. I hope our answers are helpful to you

What is the shortest length this can be? The description says 31.5 inches, but the picture shows 41.1 inches. Thanks!

Seller claims strap adjusts as short as 31.5 inches, but the promise to correct the graphic information (which says 41.5”) “immediately” was made in June 2022. Sixteen months later, the graphic still shows a minimum length of 41.5”. I don’t want to buy an item with misleading product information, and the fact that the information remains uncorrected does not inspire confidence in the seller.
