Great harness
This is a great harness! I can adjust the x-lg up to fit my malamute mix foster, my husky or down to fit my medium sized mixed breed black dog (who weighs around 60 lbs.) The only thing I don't like about this is it can be backed out of no matter how tight it is. My foster dog is the main user if this and loses his mind over cats and small breed dogs. His 75 lbs turns into 100+ when he's upset. We've been using this harness for about 8 months and so far there's no sign of wear and tear at the D ring, the handle or the straps. I'm only deducting a star because both my foster dog and my medium sized dog have backed out of this harness on at least one occasion, but I haven't found one that they can't get out of yet, so I this is one of those times I wish half stars were a thing.

Will choke your dog! Beware!!
The handle is what sold me on this harness, but once I actually put it on my dog o realized how useless it is. The harness needs a strap at the chest to hold the other two straps together. As it is it chokes the dog. This harness is poorly designed for this one flaw. If you were to actually lift your dog off the ground by this harness it would hurt him very badly!

Very sturdy
This is very well made, a sturdy harness.I ordered medium for my pug. He fits in the parameters of the measurements but it runs a little big around his stomach. I think it's just because his body length is short so the strap for the stomach/body is lower down towards the narrow end of his body. Just a typical problem getting things to fit for pugs.I thought the strap across his chest looks like it would be uncomfortable but it doesn't bother him unless he pulls. Therefore he pulls a lot less.Even though it's a little loose he can't slip out of it. We tried unsuccessfully to take it off of him without unbuckling and couldn't. With other harnesses he always manages to slip a leg through. How? I don't know. But he hasn't been able to do that with this harness.

A little snug for my big dog
I like this harness for my dog. She's a bigger dog (close to 75 pounds) so i took a risk here. She's very wide around the chest so the harness is literally as loose as it can go. We went to the river yesterday and the harness held up and definitely made it easier for me since she really likes to swim. Overall pretty impressed with this product
