I love this gadget! It is a great value. I bought it for my neck but the best use of it is by far the glutes. I have sciatica and I just place this in the middle of the cheek and it gets right to the pain. Since the heads float and are not one unit sitting on it does not keep it from rotating. The size is perfect for one side of if i want to get if the massage my whole buttocks. It heats but note in the rotators. It is more on the outside. I wish the battery life was longer. But all in all this is great!

I really like this thing. I asked my son to try it out and he put it on and said he wasn't sure how he felt about it but he stood there with a dazed look on his face for a long time and used it for about five minutes. XDIt is a great ergonomic design and you can pull on it gently to get a deeper massage. Be sure to put hair up and don't use it on loose knit garments. You can hold it on the side to get shoulder muscles as well as the neck.It's way easier to put this over my neck and use it for a few minutes than to sit down in some kind of chair rig for a massage. It is small and compact, stores easily, charges quickly, and works well.It is a bit noisy as it is right by your ears when you use it across the neck but I stopped noticing it because I was noticing how the massage felt. I get a tingling all over for the first couple of minutes which is weird and entertaining. My son said the same thing.This is the second or third Snailax item I've purchased and I feel like the design on Snailax is really exceptional. I received this neck massager about a week ago and have been using this everyday. It is a small (think of a big sunglasses size), wireless massager that rest on the back of my neck with the side hooks for my arms to slide through. It has 2 different vibration levels (low and medium). After 15 mins, my neck muscles feel looser and less tight which why I think this massager works. The only thing that I had to get used to is the length of the hooks were kind of short, but I managed to not use the hooks and just rest the massager between my neck and the couch I sat in.

I had a big clunky shiatsu before. This is lightweight, soft surface, and 2 speeds is good. Exactly as pictured, but does NOT get hot - barely warm. But, not very noisy and good for those of us with carpal tunnel or arthritis in hands. Best for neck, bade of head, can move around to shoulder a bit. Highly recommend.

Purchased in March. Two months later the fabric wore off. 5 months later one of the massagers stopped working. I tried returning it because it has a one year warranty. The rules they have are really questionable because its actually only a 90 day warranty. Between 91 days and a year you can get a replacement but you have to pay the shipping back to Japan. The cost of the shipping is 28 bucks which is insane and insulting because it cost just a little more than that in the first place. This is obviously a scam that keeps you from ever returning the item and getting a replacement.

It works well but it’s hard to get the angle right and it doesn’t dig in much. Still is nice and easy to use. Like how it is wireless so I can use it anywhere.

This item arrived on time and as ezpected. The staps help you to gain leverage so you can "dig in" to those tense muscles more easily. Overall, this item is very useful to add to my collection.

This unit is smaller then most, but it is able to get the spots that the bigger massagers can't. Specifically for me, the top of my shoulders. It does a great job. Although, the next day the areas were a little sore, they did not have pain. So far so good.
