Sven is a gorgeous boy we love him

Amazing customer service
Received initial order, quickly and was as described and daughter was thrilled. I came across a manufacturing fault on the teddy, less than a week later. Contacted the seller and had instant response, with heartfelt apology. They investigated and organised a replacement item to be sent out, which has now been received.
