Bought in sale and cannot believe how good this king size mattress is, purchased for a spare room and visitors have said that mattress is very comfortable, probably the best bargain I have ever had. Well done Amazon.

I love this mattress. I loved my previous one but changed from a double to king size so went with a household name. I get sciatica and this mattress provides plenty of support but I moved house recently and it has no handles so got dirty as we had to put it down a couple of times. I get that as there's no need to turn it it doesn't need handles for that but there's nothing to grip onto other than the beading edges which is very tricky. I can't understand, other than saving money in manufacture, why there wouldn't be handles?

Very prompt, in fact they delivered a day earlier than stated; very polite, pleasant and friendly service. I would add that our address is difficult to locate, being rather remote, but they found us. The delivery men had to negotiate a rather difficult and narrow pathway to our door encumbered by overgrown hedges, a double mattress.The first night's sleep was extremely comfortable; however, we will update in a couple of weeks or so, when it has been assessed for more than one night's exceedingly better sleep than we've had in a long, long time. We're also super glad that it did not arrive rolled up and have to be deflated. It came whole, and ready to lay straight on the bed base.Fits on the base exactly as it should, and was exceedingly well wrapped. It looked awesome when laid on the base. Pristine, and quite elegant.Would highly recommend the services of Panther Group delivery, and Amazon. Beautiful mattress.

Got these for my sister in laws new home , they arrived on day specified, updates easy to follow. And delivery driver very polite and helpful.Worth the price and very happy with quality . Bought two .

This replaced a very soft worn out mattress that was quite simply killing my back! I went for this design of Silentnight because it was recommended for side sleepers; soft topper but a firm support from the under mattress. It's not too heavy, I can turn it myself; the handles are extremely useful and save on ripping your fingernails down to the quick because there's nothing to grip on to! It took several weeks to get used to the mattress but now I'm sleeping so well. Thoroughly recommended; excellent quality and craftsmanship.

Mattress is excellent however; there are a number of stains/marks on its side, see picture. Unable to find a contact to report issue.
