Maltodextrin
Why does this contain maltodextrin , a product that spike in blood sugar , cos it’s ultra processed from corn , rice , wheat or potatoes starch , in nutshell this is similar to sugar , which might be unhealthy with people with diabetes

Ingredients not as advertised
On the website it does not mention the product contains maltodextrin. As a celiac I have to be very careful of this product and have been advised not to have it due to it very often being sourced from wheat and wouldn't be gluten free. It is also known to possibly cause gut inflammation and causes an extra rapid rise in blood sugar levels. Yet another reason to avoid. But I'm most annoyed it isn't mentioned in the advertising ingredient list but it's there on the packet. So a waste of time scanning ingredient lists only to find them inaccurate when the product arrives and you have to go to all the hassle of returns.
