Fantastic product for open-ended play
Very impressed with this, despite the price. I was worrying they would arrive and I would wonder why I hadn't just gone to the local woods with a saw! They smell like the forest but they are precision cut so that they are very easy to build with. My three year old has used them to make forests, zoos, pirate islands and rafts for crocodiles... yet I think I love playing with them even more than him. They remind me of being a child and playing in the woods, I could smell them all day.

tree blocs
These are great blocks have so much potential and endless play value .They are about to become my most played with toy in the play room .They smell just like real wood come in a lovely cloth bag for storage . We are going to create so many lovely play scenes with these .Though a little on the expensive side I think well worth the money .

Exceeded my expectations, will become heirloom toys.
Put these on my sons (18mths and 4yrs) wish list as I really liked their potential for open ended play. When we opened them we were impressed. They come in a strong cloth bag and the blocks are much larger than expected (the roundals are the size of a side plate). They have really sparked our boys imaginations (blocks have become telephones, steering wheels, plates for tea parties, car ramps, the list goes on). My eldest plays with it everyday and it has really helped him to extend his imaginary play. He especially likes building his creations (mainly elaborate Star Wars towers) with daddy just before bed.We are considering getting more pieces so we can make some mega towers.Great for: imaginary play, construction skills, fine motor skills, maths and problem solving skills.Be aware: they are big blocks, we've had to remove them from play a few times when or youngest had started throwing them to avoid breakages and injury!

Love this toy
Love this toy! Was a little unsure to start with as it is expensive and I did wonder if I would be better off taking the children for a walk through the woods to collect our own bits. I have to say that I'm not at all disappointed! Lovely item that has been put back for christmas, which I'm sure my children will get hours of fun out of.
