Edit after 10 months:This has been such a great investment, and wonderfully therapeutic for multiple issues. Recovering for a foot injury that left me unable to walk for over a year, I have had nearly constant DOMS as I work on strength recovery. Particularly calves and hamstrings. By using this device for just a few minutes before bed, then icing for a few minutes, my recovery time has improved, allowing me to train more effectively/frequently.I took up swimming, and of course had a mild torn rotator cuff, largely a torn long head of bicep origin. Did strengthening PT for several weeks with very slow progress. Once I started using this for a few minutes a night then icing, my pain was eliminated and I've been pain free for months. I also had a sort of injury my pec, and couldn't get a PT appointment for 2 weeks. I checked out Bob and Brad's video, and started using this and ice right away. My pain was gone in just a couple days. Maybe it was just a super minor injury and would have gotten better so quickly anyway, but it couldn't have hurt and anything you can do to minimize recovery time and get back to exercise is worth it. I thought it would be just a sort of temporary pain relief device, but I think it's truly helping speed up healing.I still only use the first 1 or 2 settings, its very very powerful. I can't imagine most people needing anything more intense, especially if you're new to a massage gun. And especially if you're working a tender area, which you probably are. Originally I didn't love the weight, but have since realized that it's probably about as small and lightweight as you can get for this much power. It costs significantly less than one massage. And you can use it as frequently as you want, and only takes a couple minutes per muscle area. Sure, a manual massage is relaxing to some people. But I don't love people touching me and am only looking for therapeutic benefits, and this device delivers more effectively than human hands possibly can.The smaller size and angle of the handle are pretty nice. I can reach both sides of my lower back easily. And my neck. Even without assistance from a partner, I can reach anywhere I need.Highly recommend for anyone over 35 and or athletic and prone to minor injuries/DOMS. Absolutely recommend also investing in some high quality flexible ice packs to use in conjunction. I find that just a few minutes of massage and ice provides far more effective pain relief than any medication, allowing me to get to sleep faster when pain is keeping me up.Just get it. It pays for itself in one use.

Let’s get this out of the way first. NOTHING will ever replace a massage from a real person. HOWEVER, this little unit comes in a close second. Built like a tank, unbelievably ( borderline excessively) powerful and super easy to hold. Also, many attachments are provided.I have found that a couple minutes with this massager will do wonders to resolve knots and ease tension and aches.Great value!

Why would anyone need a more powerful massage gun? This “little” guy packs a punch and has a very good speed range, though I’m spending nearly all my time on its lowest setting. This pistol-like percussion massager comes with various heads which are useful for specific purposes. This B&B unit has clearly noted visual charging levels and lets you know when you’re running low before it gives out (does not come with a USB-C charger but is happy with my 45W Dell USB-C computer charger). It’s best to read the instruction manual because the child protection and overheating prevention features are not overly obvious (which is kinda a good thing to keep kids from using this unit). One possible complaint: The grip area has a large circumference so if you have small hands you’re going to have an issue holding the device . I’ve tried the Roll R1 and it’s in some ways a nicer unit for that grip reason and in its construction but it’s 2X the price.

Was unsure about spending the money on “off brand” but this ended up meeting my needs and then some. Feels so solid and it’s got crazy powerful options. Good as name brand at way less price.

The massage gun is very strong and a good size to travel with. I took it with me to a few music festivals and everyone wanted to use it.

The UNI massage gun is quite impressive. A few features that stand out are:1) This gun has plenty of power/force so you don't have to push hard to dig in and get those hard to reach spots.2) It is the perfect size and weight for your hand to hold and the only massage gun that I can comfortably hold to massage myself.3) Bob and Brad's customer service is the absolute best. They stand behind their products.

Excellent for muscle spasms, tight muscles. It increases circulation to painful areas and very easy to use. It is compact and travels well

We use this massage gun every night on our legs, and it has made a big difference in our health, and it helps us fall asleep. It is powerful enough that the lowest setting is sufficient for our needs. We use it for over an hour at night, and we can go several nights between recharges. We are very happy with this product! When we had an issue, customer support responded immediately, and resolved it quickly to our satisfaction. We were highly impressed with their professionalism and quality of service ( which is rare these days ).

Funziona molto bene, importante di non esagerare, che giorno dopo si fanno sentire i muscoli che non si sforzano/lavorano mai, come dopo un esercizio fisico intenso. Per adesso sto usando ogni giorno, la batteria tiene bene.
