Very dry and not very savory
These crackers/crisps are very dry and not very savory. They definitely bear the taste of the garbanzo beans that are baked into them (they kind of taste like hummus in solid form), but other than that, there isn't really any flavor, not even from the garlic or salt on the list of ingredients. These definitely need to be serveda s pictured on the package: with some kind of flavorful topping, like feta cheese -- and definitely also with a drink, at least a glass of water. The crisp alone will leave your mouth completely dry. I get that it's supposed to be healthy, but it definitely disappoints in the taste and texture department.

Fabulous Gluten-Free Cracker!
As I'm always on the look-out for a good gluten-free cracker, I was really delighted with these. So far, I've tried this Olive Tapendade and the Garlic and love both of them. I really didn't get a bean taste out of them, which is good because I really am not much for gluten free products made with bean flour as, normally, you end up with that taste.The crackers are light, crunchy, not too salty, and have a great flavor. They are good with cheese or with sausage slices or both, but I've even just eaten them without anything on them as they, honestly, don't need anything else. You can even see the little bits of olives in them. So far, the best pairing I've found with this flavor is a nice Brie.

great taste and crunch
I picked these up at a local closeout store for a buck and a half a bag, figuring I would give them a try for that. I was pretty impressed. I didn't even realize that they were gluten free until I read other reviews here. They are not as airy as regular crackers or chips, but I liked the texture. They are sturdy and less likely to crack when you spread toppings on them (although I was quite content to eat them plain). There were small bits of olive visible in the crackers and they were not overly salty like other chips. Totally fabulous.

A great alternative to regular chips. Lite and crunchy. I would buy these again. I would recommend these to anyone trying to stay gluten free
