Very disappointing! On the website, the POMPOM is plain grey to match the hat, but, in fact, it is a mix of grey and black, and looks horrible (as the photo shows). Seller has agreed to send a returns label and refund me.

Daughter loves this - she wears the bobble to the back of the head as it is so large and this looks good. She has had so many lovely comments and is thrilled with the look of the diamantes too. Very well made product, lovely and warm to the head with a soft fleece band inside. Great item well worth purchasing.

It looks nice, but it's on the small side for me and a bit inflexible. I don't know whether this is the reason is looks weird in profile when worn, (it may be the shape of my head) but I wasn't very pleased with the fit at all and have ordered another one that I hope will fit better and feel more flexible. Disappointing but the quality is good - it's just not for me.

Its absolutely amazing and pom pom is so big and looks fantastic I get louds of compliments about that hat ❤ I love it and its looks exactly as on a picture

Arrived very quickly. I found the bobble a bit too big, so cut it off, am very pleased with my new glittery beanie hat. Very warm and girlie!!

really love this, very pretty with a double layer at forehead edge ,for extra warmth lovelyshade of grey with small sparkles and very cosygood delivery times as well

Beautiful hat,especially with the sparkles,great colour grey to match my ice blue jacket from M&S. Only gripe is the band just inside the hat is a little tight but after a few times wearing the hat,it is easier to pop on, or maybe I’ve got a big head???

Great hat, lovely quality, perfect hit. Bobble is quite big as others mentioned but actually, it doesn't bother me. Bought in the light grey - very chic colour. What more does a girl need. Buy it with confidence. Fleece lining is good too, stops it being itchy.
