Excelent book which covers all the fundamentals of Marketing, includes a great number of business cases that help illustrate the concepts outlined, and even a very useful summary at the end of each chapter. A must read.

Har inte läst ut den än och undrar om jag någonsin kommer göra det. Den är stor och tung med väldigt liten text. På gränsen att jag behöver glasögon till mina glasögon för att lyckas med det här. Men i stort sätt mycket nöjd. De hade kunnat slå in boken i paper så hade även kanterna varit fina när den kom hem.
