Could this be fitted to a railway sleeper as it could damage cars in my parking space

I intend to use the threaded bolts only to screw in to a wooden floor. What size thread are on the bolts only?

Not sure on the size but I wouldn't recommend fixing it to a wooden floor full stop. it needs to be a brick or concrete floor as that it what it's designed for.

can i install this on to wood? i assume i'd need large wood screws and probably some washers to cover the size of the hole in the plate?
