Bloch's Boost DRT review: I have owned two pairs; one in black (as this new pair ordered) and previously a pair in beige "pink" color. They were both good on my feet, walking miles in retail stores for my job. I followed the Amazon sizing suggestion and ordered a size 10 - as before.I usually wear a 9 1/2 sneaker; I tried one shoe on and found my big toe was crowded up against the end of the shoe.Very disappointing. Why would a successful dance shoe company change the sizing in their shoe??

love the comfort and ease of this shoe. This will be my third pair and I really am amazed that Amazon has tracked my purchase from before and guided me to reorder the same size.

Too many dancers don't protect their feet. Child dancers can grow up and have sustained structural damage without proper footwear. Older dancers also need these blochs. They won't give you that perfect point you want but they will save you from injury, extend your practice, and your dance life in general. I have been wearing them for about 8 years, love them. Getting ready to buy again. Would encourage parents to consider for their children. Have seen parents buy less supportive footwear that helped with the perfect point. Tragically I also know adults who suffered the consequences when their parents or worse DANCE TEACHERS required a dance slipper. Your feet are more important than any step, your future self will thank you if you remember that. Buy this dance sneaker!
