Good for My Purposes
Promptly delivered. Goes together easily and seems really strong. Like that it makes a longer version but the shoPromptly delivered. Goes together easily and seems really strong. I won't be handling 100s of pounds but felt like I could pull a thick band with no problem. Like that it makes a longer version but thrter one is just right also. Comfortable cover on bar, not sure if it is needed, but it's OK. The connections at the ends for the bands are strong and rotate easily, allowing for connections and different positions, as they should.I got it to use with bands, although I have several different handles, etc. I tried it with a floor plate and bands (a la X3) and it worked well. But I think it will be useful for my BowFlex and maybe the Total Gym also. This would include Push Down and Pull Down exercises as well as rows, etc done on those machines. It was priced right...I saw no need to spend three times as much for other brands. .

Nice, solid bar
It's everything you need, maybe not everything you want bit it fulfills it's promises. It's comfortable in hand, threads together very nicely and is plenty strong for any resistance you'll get from a band setup. Plus disassembled they easily could double as self defense equipment. Not bad for the money. My only gripe and it's a minor one, but the end pieces that you attach your cables/bands to are a bit flimsy feeling at first and spin around too easily for my comfort initially. After using the bar for some relatively heavy work I feel confident that they'll hold. The optional configuration for a shorter or longer bar is nice also.

Very solid
Very solid bar. Great for bands and similar types of resistance. Easy to take apart and assemble. The padding is a very nice value added. The only thing that could have made this better would be if it came with a storage bag. Perhaps in the future the seller could offer this as an option. Would recommend.
