Q: Does it stain the teeth as the prescription one I got from dentist ?

I got this last year in May. By the end of July my teeth were brown. I do drink tea. I used teeth whiteners several times and when I went to the dentist a couple months later she commented on the staining. Just beware

Q: How long does 1 bottle last? Debating if buying three is necessary, or one will suffice for now.

I would say for one person a little over a month per bottle (2-3 drops 3xs per day, plus additional mouth wash rinses). I normally buy in the group of three and I reorder approximately every three months when I am over half way done with my last bottle. If you use sparingly you might be able to get a bit more time out of the bottle.

If you can just leave it, that will give the OraMD the best opportunity for maximum benefits. When you first start using it though, it can seem a little strong so you may feel that rinsing is necessary. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Q: How can this be used with tooth brush for brushing the teeth? Do you put drops of this on the tooth paste?

I put the drops directly onto the toothbrush. It is fairly strong at first, so I would recommend using only 4-5 drops at first, then work your way up as you like. I use about 7-8 drops now at bedtime, and regular toothpaste in the morning for the day. The only difference that I have noticed is the taste, I think the expectation of a mouth full of foam so you believe it is really working, is just something you have to look past.
