I think this is a very good product. It mixes nice and easy, smells good and provides sufficient calories and macro nutrient content. You'll get a good size tub for the money which I think makes it pretty good value, although if you were going to take two shakes a day, you would find it quite expensive. I personally didn't experience any stomach issues, but this is a heavy product with a lot of ingredients so some people may find they do. Obviously an item like this is designed to be taken over a long period of time so I cannot comment on its effectiveness but used correctly it would be an excellent addition to any regimen.

I have used this product nearly 10 years now and provides everything needed to support nutritional demands of intense training and supplements my daily protein intake nicely. The powder mixes very well however I prefer to blend mine with frozen banana, strawberries or blueberries for more nutritional benefits and tastes even more amazing!!! Try it with milk or water or half/ half depends on how thick you like it

I've been training for 34 years now, on and off, 50/50, Alongside a quality protein powder this gives u the complete nutrition and extra boost you need to boost your results, no good using as instructed, use every other day, 1 shake with 1 scoop alongside your daily protein and food intake, I use water to mix, try it for a month

Good product

I've used a few different protein shakes and never had an issue. Today my Reflex arrived and I had my first shake about an hour ago, only a half measure at 75g. Mixed it with milk as is my normal. The first thing was the taste - it has that horrible taste that comes from some artificial sweetners, left a taste so bad I need a glass of water straight after to try and get rid of the taste in my mouth. Now, an hour later, I have a really bad stomach ache and nausea. I'd prepared a meal but can't touch it. Feeling really bloated and 'off'. Seems I've wasted almost £60.

Although this is marketed as Vanilla Ice Cream it does not have a strong vanilla taste like a number of other protein brands I have tried. The protein content is good and the packaging is also good. The scoop that comes with the product is extremely large and quite difficult to get out of the hole whilst full of protein

Good Product

It was really really bad for me… I am at the gym right now and I feel nauseated and unable to continue my workout peacefully. Might be personal and every other person might not have the same body reaction to it but it was really bad for me. Unfortunately can’t get a refund
