The first one came damaged, but I think that was FedEx. Shipped that one back and got the replacement so fast! There's a bit of a learning curve figuring out the construction. The directions aren't super clear but it wasn't hard to figure out. Operation is too a curve, but once you find the sweet spot on the temperature it's great. Cleanup is easier than expected. Just watch out for super hot steam at first.We hosted a movie night at church and the kids LOVED it. We had to restrict them to one though. The adults loved it too, but the kids were so pleased.

So originally I didn't realize the small pieces were inside the drawer so I thought it was missing pieces guys open the drawer they're all there it works wonderfully

I really wanted to give this thing a shot. I ordered one and it was clearly a repackaged return. I sent it back and requested a new machine which was ALSO missing all of the screws and nuts etc. Needed to put it together. Save yourself time and a lot of headache, just get a different brand.

Works well with patience.The instruction manual states to turn up the heat all the way for 4-5mins then reduce heat to 70 volts.We found that is true for the most part.Turn heat all the way up for 2mins then reduce to 80 volts and wait an additional 5mins to cool.Too hot and you will burn your sugar (Poof).Too cool and you will end up with spatter ring around your bowl (fyi this can be collected and reused).Find your sweet spot very little spatter and not burned sugar.Play with the settings and times you will eventually figure it out.The machine came in good shape some chipped paint but not too important.Very small round about assembly instructions, frustrating though not hard to figure out.The sugar scoop has holes where the welds are, not very good quality.Comes with spare fuse and electrical part.I would have given this product a 5 star rating.If not for the short comings with proper instructions for both use and assembly also missing shipment information about my lid.

The media could not be loaded.  After setting up machine is so easy to use. I find great quality in the machine. It is also adorable, and can make large quantity.

I like the fact that it keeps the floss in the dome and not flying all over the place..
