After reading and utubing I figured it could help my brain, heart and the aging problems I have. I have inflamed patches on the scalp that tend to itch in the evenings. I found it settled that down and seems to be improving my skin. Good product so re-ordered.

It's not one of those things that works instantly like a "pre workout" or something, so it's hard to truly say but so far i think it's doing something and all the research I've read on the topic is promising. I plan to keep buying it.

Great value
This is a great product for the dosage, 2000mg, much higher than all of the other brands. Having taken NAD+ products for years, I feel the same good effects from this product. My only concern would be that I cannot confirm that the pills contain that amount of nicotinimide. I would certainly purchase this product again.

Well I just started taken them daily, give me a couple of weeks to notice any changes o results. Yes they are easy to swallow!!!
