I like them. Heavy (kg) and tires me out quickly. Have bought an anchor strap with it and attached it to my washing umbrella pole, and used on the grass. After two uses no fraying as I read in other reviews. Seems durable. The hand grips Im not sure if they are sliding off the rope or not, but i was seeing the glue from the edge of it (about 1cm after the edge of the handles). Performance wise, i cant have expected anything better these are good ropes!!

I bought this thinking it would be small, cheap and something to try and use in lock-down while the gyms are closed, my expectations were low about getting it but OMgee its the real deal. I was so surprised when i opened the box and it looked just like the rope's in the gym, Thick, heavy, well woven and put together, long (very long) haha. The handles are smooth, nice to hold and easy to hold comfortable while you work out, the weight is good. oh boy after 5 mins i'm dead, sweating and my arms well worked out. I am very happy with this purchase, It blow my expectations away!!! fair play :)

I decided to buy this rope since it has a decent enough price, even after reading other reviewers complain about it fraying after first few uses which is very true, mine started fraying after using it fresh out of the bag but its still useful and solid enough, hopefully it survives the pandemic.

Good quality, hasn't frayed, good weight to the product... Versatile piece of home gym equipment. Comes with bag and protective sleeve to stop wear at the point you wrap it round pole/tree/etc.
