Is this compatible with the new iMac 2017?

Installed a matched pair of the 8GB sticks in my 27” iMac 5K 2017 alongside the two factory-fit 4GB sticks, and everything went fine. The iMac started up straight away afterwards and immediately showed a total of 24GB in “About this Mac”. Resource-heavy apps like Photoshop are now much nippier! If you’re installing pairs of sticks, just keep in mind that it’s slots 1 & 3 and slots 2 & 4 that are matched.

You will have to research properly, but it appears that the laptop you're referring to uses DDR4 2400 MHz which this is so it should be compatible. This is unconfirmed though.
