Really helps menopause and some other flushes
Bought for a menopausal partner, works great. I know use it for my ASD/ sensory distress at night. Definitely worth trying for hot flushes and ASD/ fibro feelings

Temporary fix
It only worked for about an hour and didn't that very cold soothing feeling you would expect to have. It comes in a small bottle.

Smells a bit bit makes you cool
Ok so I have been in a campaign to stop the menopause effecting my life.This refreshing spray litrally cools you down, and gives instant calming relief.Always in my bag.

Doesn't work
I wanted to try this as I suffer quite severe hot flushes when I'm at work and I thought this would be handy to keep in my pocket, quick spray and carry on. I'm afraid it just doesn't work for me at all. When you actually spray it on it feels cooling for those few seconds, but after that you're back to normal and no better off. It also felt like it was causing mild irritation on my skin, so turned out to be a bit of a waste of money.

Delivers relief and a good size bottle.
I liked this product for hot flashes. It’s not as good as the one I had b 4 but they don’t sell it anymore so I tried this and it’s very close to effectiveness plus the bottle is much bigger than any of the others I’ve seen.
