Gardena secateurs - 2nd to noneThis is my 3rd pair in 25 years of heavy use. I lost one pair, wore out the second pair, then bought a cheaper pair which were rubbish and broke very quickly. So a great design which fits the hand well, not too heavy, very sharp and well shaped blade. Although they are not cheap, they are value for money due to their pruning durability and versatility around the garden.

These are solidly built. They are definitely German engineering. They cut cleanly. They are comfortable and kind to your hands when you grip them. They have a setting for small snips and another for larger.The spring is encased so it is protected from damage. Too many secateurs don't do this and the spring gets rusty of pops out. The item comes with a 25 year guarantee - so print a receipt and save it along with the original cardboard insert packaging somewhere you can find it anytime over the next 25 years!Buy these.. forget cheap alternatives. Finally I found a decent pair of secateurs.

Great value for money, I love these. They are so versatile and effective when doing any pruning. They are very sharp, the design enables you to have a great hold, very comfortable and esy to use. I've used these to cut fairly thick branches which normally id have to use my saw or larger cutters.

Excellent quality using regularly.

I was impressed with these little pruners. They went straight to work on my lilac bushes and cut even the bigger branches over 1cm thick with ease. Definitely recommend.
