REGATTA CHILDRENS FULLY WATERPROOF TROUSERS - ALL AGES

The material seems to be very good but the problem I have is the sizing. The length is fine but the waist is way too big. It's not elastic enough to stay on my daughter's waist. This is not for slim children at all unless you adjust it with sewing machine. I was going to do it but I had a feeling that I would destroy this product so I didn't. Please look at the photo I uploaded.

Brilliant quality & price. Only thing I would say is they do measure in length slightly larger. My 4 year old daughter that usually wears 4-5years in clothing is wearing the 3-4years of this product and will probably get another good 6 months wear out of them.

Bought these for my 7 year old son who is going on a residential with school and was in need of waterproof trousers. These came really quickly and the price was great! The same Regatta ones in the store were £18 on offer! Super price as he will probably not need them/wear them after the school trip. They have enough room in them to wear a thick pair of jeans/joggers underneath and he seems comfortable in them. Very pleased for the price.

At the time of purchase, these seemed like a great buy, but it turned out to be too good to be true and a total waste of money.The very first time my son wore these trousers, he had a very minor trip and fall and when I inspected the pants there was a sizeable hole in the knee. So basically the price paid was for a one time wear. The fabric is very thin and flimsy, so the trousers are not suitable for children to be playing out in them. I think I will go back to JoJo Maman Bebe (where I bought his last pair from and which lasted a good couple of years) and happily pay more for a much more durable fabric.The fit was fairly good, if a little on the large side.

Bought these for my child starting school to wear for forest school sessions. Got the smaller size based on other reviews- age 3-4 for my 4-5 year old and they fit perfectly with room to grow. Great price too.

These seemed like good trousers when we first got them, and they worked well as waterproofs. However after not very many wears the waterproofing layer on the inside is flaking away quite badly so the trousers are now only really effective as mud protection. The waistband on these is on the large side and is not adjustable so they are always falling down. I would not buy these again.

These are really handy, saved a toddler getting a wet bottom half and also saved lots of washing. My grandson is not quite walking so tends to crawl around our garden, although artificial turf it's still damp some days, these waterproof trousers are very well made and a real bargain at the price. Would recommend.

These were ok but they actuslly ended up letting in water. It was torrential rain to be fair half way up a mountain but my son was soaked through them .Slit pockets either side so you can get to your pants underneath but we didn't need them as everything was in backpack and all this did was let water in
