I'd been looking to order some burn first aid gel and dressings as I didn't have any when I scolded my hand a few months back. I've used similar burn aid gel when I was cabin crew and it was always great for hot tea or coffee spills. When I looked at buying the gel and dressings separately they would have worked out quite expensive to get just the gel sachets, plus the medium & large gel dressings, so when I saw this kit, in a first aid box, with a big selection of items, in different sizes, it looked great value for money. I had wanted enough to have some in my home and some in my car for any emergencies. This was perfect. Plus you not only get the selection of burn aid items , you also get a thermal foil blanket, a pair of gloves, scissors, tape and 2 different sized bandages plus some sterile water for either eye rinse or wound rinse. Very good value for money. The box came wrapped in cellophane too. And there's a mini leaflet that tells you what to do with burns and CPR instructions etc. Highly recommend.I took a few of the different burn aid sachets out to keep in the house 1st aid box, and kept the rest in this box to put in the car. I was able to squeeze a few other items in there like some plasters, a triangular bandage, some alcohol wipes, and other wound dressings that are different to burn dressings, so it will cover most things. I will look at adding a couple of extra pairs of sealed sterile gloves as it only had 1 pair but that's no problem.Very happy with this kit, as would have worked out a lot more expensive buying the separate sizes of burn gel and burn dressings. Let alone the other things included. I also know that the gel is very effective in soothing a burn, and helping the healing, and it's important to use correct non adherent dressings on burns otherwise it can cause more issues esp for bad burns. We used the gel on the aircraft for any hot drink spills and people said it soothed the sting a lot. Highly recommend.

It’s good value, i do find that you don’t need all the cream in the small sachets for one burn and have to discard half of it but having more is still better than needing two.

Adds to your first aid or responder bag with good quality dressings recommendations for this for quantity also.

Seems to contain everything you might need for treatment of minor to not so minor burns. Well packaged with good quality products. The case is good and it’s nice to have everything in the one place. If you use an item it’s easy enough to get refills. Great kit to have around the house or workplace.

All burn stuff in one box! Plenty of room in box to add other bits ie. plasters more eye wash ect...

Arrived safely and on time. Purchased to take on Cub Scout camp and pleased I did. Very much Like the clearly different orange first aid storage box just for treating burns. Meaning it can be identified from the usual green first aid box in a hurry. It has been used a few times whilst away with the cubs and scouts so will need to restock before our next camp.
