Been buying ABE powders for a good couple of months now, have tried other brands such as Applied Nutrition and the like, but ABE seems to offer the good taste and wild variety of flavours and also the performance enhancement I need when going to the gym, playing sports or doing Martial arts

I have been looking for a pre-workout to use for awhile that was good. I have tried multiple different ones and this was the first one I tried from ABE.There are a bunch of flavour options to choose from so it initially made it daunting to select one. I decided on the Baddy Berry flavour as it was new and I'm obviously a fan of Paddy!What I like about it from personal experience:* It doesn't give you a crazy rush which is nice (I still wouldn't use it after 8PM as it may keep some people up), it gave me a few tingles in my face after about 10 minutes.* The flavour is next level! I thoroughly enjoyed the flavour, a lot more than I thought as the other pre-workouts I've used have had an okay flavour.* It lasts me well in my workout. I only take it when I train legs and find that it really reduces my fatigue that I used to feel near the end of my workout.Definitely a great pre-workout. I will be trying other ABE flavours in the future!

I recently seem to be working my way through the pre workout market, with ABE Cola flavour being my 5th different brand ordered.Flavour - It's like sour cola bottles, good taste and borderline genuinely enjoyable. Much better than the majority of the market. Although a little negative is that it froths up a bit too much compared to the others I've used.Hit - Almost there. Good caffeine content, enough to get you focussed and in the game (and wake you up at the crack of dawn). I don't quite get the same energy and beta alanine hit as I do from Optimum Nutrition during workout though.Very solid preworkout, would buy again, maybe even sample other flavours.

Made my head tingle and I was like oh no. Common side effect as opens the blood vessels.Only happend the once.ABE Best flavours I've found. Gives a good boost and pump. Used on and off to prevent becoming accustomed.

Very well sealed and packaged, I was worried from other reviews that I’d end up with solidified powder but this was perfectly fine and a long expiration date. Tastes quite nice, very sweet and refreshing. I did get some tingles and burning of the skin after my first use, although with the ingredients I am told this is normal with a pre-workout and this is my first time using one. This began 15 minutes after drinking, and subsided around 15 mins after. Overall, I felt more energetic, I will try it again tomorrow before an actual gym workout and hopefully it will be as effective in a more intense workout session.

Great product and better than other brands I have used for my years which I stopped using as they had poor stock levels

This product is great tasting pre workout which arrived well packaged and fast shipping. The downside i found is that it did take longer to work than expected, and did give me a bit of a bad stomach after using. I am a newbie gym goes and this is my first preworkout iv ever bought so i do think it has been great, and my body isnt used to this as of yet. I think for newbies of preworkout the serving size my be a little too much and i did end up halfing the serving size. Overall taste is great, and iv started taking it an about 40ish mins before i go to the gym.

Love ABE’s range of pre workout. It’s affordable mixes well and taste great. I’ve had a few over the years, most are horrible but I’m quite happy with this one. Definitely recommend it

Usage: pre workout, early in the morning, empty(ish) stomach, stacked with a little extra creatine.Pros: taste is outstanding, slight fizz, perfect cherry cola taste, no bad aftertaste, if you like Cherry Coke or Dr Pepper you'll likely love this.Standard: ingredients are what I was looking for and comparable to other preworkouts. Packaging is a nice size, easily resealable, scoop included, solid build and unlikely to break or open in a gym bag. I purchased on special for $35AUD which was a bargain. Standard price is comparable to similar products that don't taste as good.Possible Pros: I've reached PBs in various lifts over the past month and put on 2kg of muscle mass while using as part of a regular workout routineCons: I get face tingles, light headedness, and feel a bit spacey after use for an hour or so. I don't feel focused at all. Maths is more challenging. For lifting / gym where I don't have to think much it's not an issue but I would not recommend for sports or academic performance. Results might be different on a full stomach.Summary: Tastes amazing, have seen good results while using it, but face tingles and brain fuzz make it untenable for me. Shame. Probably won't buy again. Compared with other products, have had a better time with Bulk Nutrients Pre-workout 101, or black espresso coffee. Would recommend as a substitute for soft drinks or alcohol if you're having it later in the day after a full meal.

Yea it’s cola flavoured, but there is nothing cherry about it. Otherwise does what it needs too.
