If it doesn't work its probably not the power supplies fault
At first it didn't solve my problem but after further research i found out that the common problem with the IMT800 is a bad solder joint on the power input board. After seeing how someone else cut the back apart and resolder it I did the same thing and found the same faulty solder joint. Redid the connection and now it works fine. I believe that most if not all of the negative reviews on this power supply are because of this issue and not of the power supply.

Works well and it's nice someone is supporting older hardware.
Works fine. I'm really happy somebody is making power supplies for older things like my Altec Lansing digital boom box, I thought I'd be shoveling D-Cells into it after the stock A/C adapter broke, phew!

just what was needed.
Exactly what was needed to fix the system.Ordered this for a friend who ultimately was going to throw out their sound system due to it not working properly and this was the fix it needed.I love that it lights up on the battery to show it's still plugged in or that it's working.The 1 year warranty is a big plus on this as well! Thanks :)
